1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Post Glow Kenya website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

Post Glow Kenya provides post-surgical recovery treatments, body contouring, wellness sessions, and related services. Our treatments are non-medical wellness services using FDA-cleared Ballancer Pro technology. They are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or WhatsApp
• A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full session fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice

4. Payments

We accept payments via M-Pesa, Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, and cash. All prices are quoted in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. Package payments are due in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for packages are available on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, subject to a 10% administration fee.

5. Health & Safety

You are required to provide accurate health information before treatment. Certain medical conditions may prevent you from receiving treatment. Our staff reserve the right to refuse service if they believe treatment may be contraindicated. You must follow post-treatment care instructions provided by our therapists.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Post Glow Kenya Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Post Glow Kenya provides treatments in good faith using industry-standard equipment and trained personnel. Results may vary between individuals. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
